STEPS FOR AN ICON REQUEST: (if you ask now you will be 14th in line)

I. Style choice: A, B, or C request another style (must be vvery descriptive or example) No Default, I'll ignore you

II. Character: Hetalia characters only of course and if the character or its variation is already made just use the icon previously made, but please still ask me and favorite it. (currently no one else is allowed to use or )

III. Animation (2 MAX): Tell me if you'd like a little animation to it so far I've done: sparkles, evil shadowing(lol), shine (e.x glasses), shaking, blinking, blushing, bouncing, floating thingys (e.x bird), small movement, also i think I can do a laugh, or ask request something else. Default: No animation (unless I really feel it looks like it should have one)
